US Durum Products makes couscous. Couscous is versatile, capable of being served as an entrée or as a side dish, in a salad or with a dessert. It readily takes on the flavor of whatever it is cooked in.

US Durum produces couscous on a state of the art production line in Lancaster, PA. Our plant was opened in 1993 and expanded in 1998 to an annual capacity of approx. 25 million pounds. We supply couscous across the continental United States, and US Durum couscous is made only with 100% North American durum semolina. When you combine the quality of our ingredients with our advanced production process, it’s no surprise that the couscous we make is the best in the world.
