US Durum Products, Ltd. Manufactures and sells couscous, a pre-cooked granular pasta with origins in Morocco and North Africa. Couscous is a versatile product used primarily in the US as a substitute for rice or potatoes. It can also be used as an entrée, in soups and in various recipes for everything from breakfast to salads to desserts. It readily takes on the flavor of whatever it is cooked in.

US Durum makes couscous on a state of the art production line in Lancaster, PA. Our plant was opened in 1993 and expanded in 1998 to an annual capacity of approx. 25 million pounds. We use French built equipment that is accepted as the world standard for couscous manufacturing. Combined with high quality US grown durum semolina as the only ingredient, we think our couscous compares favorably with any other in the world.
